Recently your company installed a York Furnace and Air Conditioner for us. We are enjoying the new installation. The equipment is very quiet and is performing a Matt said it would. We also must compliment your staff on it's professionalism. They were pleasant to be around and did a great job. They answered all of our questions, and left the job site neat and picked up. Last Sunday night, my hot water heater started leaking.  Not knowing exactly what to do, I called your service line and got to the “after hours” service.
She did a great job of getting my info and even instructed me that Daniel would be calling me back.  He did within the next few minutes. He indicated that he would be at our house the next morning between 10-12 am and he was.  He did a great job! The overall experience was good.  As a guy that is always trying to stress great service, I was impressed! I just thought you would want to know. Take care.
