We had a great experience with Vanderhyde Heating and Cooling. We had a technician come out to look at what was wrong with our heater. He looked and gave us all the different levels of repair costs. We decided to go with a new system, and they had a sales tech come out within an hour or two after Gary Bratt left. Don Manske came out and talked to my husband about our choices. He also took a look at the water heater. After much discussion, we decided to get both a new heating system and water heater. Both men were very knowledgeable and helpful. They gave us several options to choose from. We are comfortable with the choice we made and how they helped us. They didn’t just try to get us to go with the most expensive unit; they talked about what would be best for our home. Vanderhyde is a great company to work with. Matt Hengy came out to do the installation of the new furnace and hot water heater. He did a great job. He was very polite and respectful. Matt and Logan installed both. They did a great job with the installation and also explaining to us what they did and where they made the upgrades to parts to make them legal. They also took away all of the old parts. We are very happy with how quickly they got it done and how well it was done.
