Saturday, the first before a polar vortex with temps in the single digits, our furnace goes out. Vander Hyde was available and came out on Sunday, the day I contacted them and diagnosed the problem. I manned a workaround to get through the day and they did a follow-up appointment Monday morning, no extra charge. Now we won't freeze! Thanks to Charlie and Jacob for keeping us heated!
