I cannot say enough good things about Dan and Andre from VanderHyde Electric. They came out at 4:00 PM for what was supposed to be a simple inspection ahead of my new hot tub delivery. What happened next was a true example of exceptional customer service.
Although they were only scheduled for an inspection, they stayed late, went above and beyond, and completely rewired what was needed to ensure everything was set up properly. They even helped get the hot tub connected and operational, working outside in unbearable summer heat without a single complaint.
Their professionalism, quality of workmanship, attention to detail, and positive attitudes were outstanding from start to finish. They were knowledgeable, personable, and clearly took pride in doing the job right.
