Updated: We had someone out next to the furnace this morning and they did a great job.
We have been having intermittent wetness in our bathroom under the floor tiles. We could not locate any leak, but Anthony thoroughly checked our home for damages and possible causes for the wetness we've been having in the bathroom. He found one possibility, but because it would be an expensive repair, he advised we keep an eye on it first.
I was very worried to have a repair person over during COVID-19 because I am very high risk for this disease, but he was professional and wore safety gear.
