Qualifications:

Compensation:

• $28.00-45.00 hourly, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead HVAC installation crews on commercial construction projects
• Coordinate daily work activities and monitor project progress
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings

Qualifications:

Requirements:

Working Hours:

Responsibilities:

• Install new HVAC systems including air conditioning units, furnaces, boilers, and ventilation equipment according to the job sold
• Connect plumbing lines and refrigerant piping with precision, ensuring optimal system performance as needed
• Use technical tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing and brazing equipment for lineset installation when necessary
• Read and interpret dispatched job descriptions to assemble and install equipment
• Conduct system start-up procedures, verify proper operation, and perform initial testing to ensure safety and efficiency
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on existing HVAC systems in residential properties
• Maintain detailed records of installations, repairs, and inspections for quality assurance

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in HVAC installation or service technician roles with a strong mechanical background
• Knowledge of HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration), plumbing, refrigeration systems including ammonia refrigeration is highly desirable
• Familiarity with schematics, HVAC design principles, and property maintenance practices
• Hands-on experience with boiler systems, brazing techniques, and equipment installation
• Ability to operate field service tools such as ohmmeters and other electrical testing devices confidently
